Quality Control (Missing Components)

In order to process quality issues we need the following information:

  1. Proof of Purchase (copy of store receipt)
  2. Quality Control Number (send the box top in with the number stamped on the inside
  3. Brief letter summarizing your quality issue.

This information is critical to our investigation in the production of our product. We process these requests as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Replacement Policy

  • Score Entertainment replaces factory-damaged cards only.
  • Score Entertainment replaces factory damaged cards for products during the last 12 months or until stock is depleted, whichever occurs first.
  • Score Entertainment does not trade cards or complete sets.
  • Score Entertainment does not replace sample or promotional cards.
  • Score Entertainment does not replace packs, boxes or cases.
  • Score is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
  • Card replacements will be returned within 6 to 8 weeks of receipt

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CAREFULLY PACKAGE AND SEND YOUR DAMANGED CARDS VIA CERTIFIED MAIL TO:
